You will work closely with clients, project managers, developers, and external technology partners to configure solutions, streamline workflows, and ensure successful deployments. Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end client implementation and onboarding projects. Gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations. Configure trading environments, user accounts, permissions, and workflows. Coordinate with brokers, custodians, and third-party vendors throughout implementation. Create functional documentation, implementation plans, and operational runbooks. Deliver onsite and virtual training sessions for traders, portfolio managers, operations, and compliance teams. Build and maintain strong client relationships while providing post-implementation support. Identify opportunities to improve client adoption and overall user experience. Manage multiple concurrent projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards. 5-7 years of experience in financial technology, software implementations, or client-facing technical support. Experience managing multiple client projects simultaneously. Knowledge of SQL and relational databases. Experience with Java and/or Python.
