Overview
As a Client Solutions Associate at FactSet, you will build deep relationships with financial professionals, drive product adoption, and deliver training to ensure smooth onboarding. You’ll translate client needs into actionable solutions using FactSet products and contribute feedback to product development. The role combines finance and technology knowledge to support clients and uphold FactSet’s world-class service. Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to understand their business and investment processes and provide FactSet-based solutions
- Provide support for FactSet applications and create custom models, screens, and automated workflows
- Plan and lead product trainings in client offices and at training seminars
- Build strong client relationships and act as an advocate for client needs to Product Development
- Gather client feedback to inform product improvements and support
- Develop client-focused processes to promote product adoption and reduce churn
Key requirements
- Interest in Finance and/or FinTech
- Client-facing experience in a support role
- Proficiency in learning new technology
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build relationships and work in teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office with Excel skills
- Bachelor’s Degree conferred by January 2027
