Overview
In this role you drive new business for FactSet’s short sales cycle product suites by engaging financial institutions, uncovering needs, and showcasing tailored solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build a robust pipeline and move prospects through demonstrations and trials. You operate in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment, leveraging industry knowledge to create meaningful opportunities. Responsibilities
- Utilize Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and Navigator to generate and manage sales opportunities
- Outbound prospecting via cold calls and emails to build a pipeline
- Assess prospect needs and recommend appropriate FactSet solutions
- Maintain and advance a healthy pipeline with sales colleagues on next steps
- Facilitate product demonstrations, oversee trial periods, and close deals
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or equivalent
- 3+ years in the financial services sector, with at least 1.5 years in sales and selling multiple solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Creative problem-solving and strong technical proficiency
- High energy, self-driven, and capable of succeeding in a sales-driven environment
- Familiarity with FactSet or its competitors is a plus
