b Overview /b p In this role you drive regional leadership for FactSet’s Banking and Insurance offerings, shaping strategy, client engagement, and market opportunities across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific. You will also lead the FIG AI and MCP initiatives, aligning content, data, and workflows with AI-enabled solutions. You partner with cross-functional teams to translate client needs into differentiated products and market plans. This position offers influence over product direction, partnerships, and go-to-market in a global, matrixed organization. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Represent FactSet’s Banking and Insurance expertise across EMEA and APAC; lead senior client meetings, discovery sessions, and roadmap discussions /li li Contribute to global FIG product strategy by incorporating regional needs, regulatory changes, and market opportunities /li li Develop regional go-to-market strategies with cross-functional teams (Sales, Consulting, Growth, Marketing) /li li Support commercialization of products through differentiated positioning, pricing, demos, and adoption campaigns /li li Lead AI and MCP initiatives for FIG, translating client needs into AI-ready data, metadata, and analytics /li li Oversee cross-regional initiatives and ensure alignment with global product governance and priorities /li li Translate client conversations and market research into business cases, requirements, and user stories /li li Identify data partnerships and licensing opportunities; evaluate regulatory frameworks (IFRS 9/17, Basel, Solvency II) /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li At least 10 years of experience in Banking, Insurance, FIG research, financial data, product strategy, or related field /li li Deep FIG domain expertise in Banking or Insurance /li li Experience with international markets (EMEA/APAC) /li li Proven ability to lead senior client conversations and translate insights into product opportunities /li li Strong product strategy and initiative execution experience /li li Data and technology fluency with financial datasets, APIs, data feeds, metadata /li li Understanding of AI, generative AI, and agentic workflows in financial research /li li Familiarity with international accounting and regulatory reporting frameworks /li /ul ul li Excellent written and verbal communication /li li Strong strategic judgment and cross-functional influence /li li Client-centric and consultative mindset /li li Knowledge of data delivery workflows, APIs, and metadata /li li Experience with APIs and machine-readable content /li li Familiarity with AI product concepts and MCP (Model Context Protocol) /li /ul
