FactSet is seeking a Senior Implementation Specialist to lead software implementation projects for hedge funds, asset managers, banks and brokers from our London office. You will manage end-to-end client onboarding, gather requirements, configure trading environments, and coordinate with brokers, custodians and third-party vendors to ensure successful deployments.
Working with product, engineering and training teams, you will create runbooks, deliver onsite and virtual trainings, build strong relationships.
