Your Team's Impact

The Deep Sector Feed Products team is looking for a Product Manager to successfully develop and release features and new feed products for industry-specific content sets (including but not limited to Banks, Insurance, Real Estate, Energy, Natural Resources), across the Standard DataFeed product line. Standard DataFeeds deliver complete content sets through a highly connected data model leveraging common concepts and FactSet’s proprietary concordance in a predefined relational format. In this role, you will work closely with a broadly distributed group of Integration, Product, Strategy, Sales, Support, and Engineering team members across various delivery platforms.

What You'll Do
  • Responsible for discovery and development of product features for a given set of feeds, and understanding associated client workflows, end users, and competitors.
  • Responsible for interfacing with internal stakeholders and external clients to understand user requirements and desired outcomes and gather and measure feedback to determine enhancements that deliver value to clients.
  • Responsible for the product roadmap and bringing releases to market in an efficient time frame and keeps all parties informed of progress through commonly used collaboration tools and in person communication.
  • Collaborates on go-to-market messaging and activities with Product Marketing and Sales teams.
  • Support resolution of RPDs and Issue Trackers and develop collateral to train and educate users, sales, implementation, support, and content to ensure high quality support.
What We're Looking ForRequired Skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ years of experience as Product Manager
  • Experience with relational database theory, data modeling, and query languages such as SQL and Python
  • Attention to detail to ensure high quality products.
  • Strong technical, analytical, troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work on multiple projects with shifting priorities within an Agile framework.
  • Enthusiasm, strong sense of initiative, and a desire to take ownership of project work in an iterative development environment.
Desired Skills
  • Experience with analyzing large amounts of data, ideally within relational databases.
  • Experience working with users who consume data via feeds or are familiar with ETL processes.
  • Interest in learning about modern technologies and how multiple systems work together.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture but also can execute tactical day-to-day tasks and projects.
