Factra Ltd is a Manchester based consumer brands group. We own and run a family of online stores including Vapoholic, Fitimins, CBD Calm and The Pouch Lab, alongside B2B wholesale and our own manufacturing. Our stores run on Magento 2, Shopify and WordPress with WooCommerce, and we are looking for an experienced Ecommerce Executive to take ownership of how they perform day to day.
This is a fully remote role. You will report to the Head of Digital and work closely with our marketing, content and development teams across the UK, Pakistan and the Philippines.
We are not looking for a developer and we are not looking for a pure marketer. We want someone who sits in the middle: comfortable inside the admin of all three platforms, but always thinking about the customer, the campaign and the number at the end of the month. If you have spent the last 4 to 5 years running online stores and you instinctively ask "will this sell more?" before you ask "is this configured?", this is the role for you.
What you will be doing:
- Own the day to day management of our Magento 2, Shopify and WooCommerce stores: products, categories, pricing, promotions, content blocks and site navigation
- Launch new products and ranges across all sites, making sure listings are complete, accurate and written to sell
- Keep stock, pricing and product data consistent across stores and channels
- Spot and fix anything that gets in the way of a sale: broken pages, slow checkouts, missing images, confusing journeys
Driving sales and conversion
- Plan and run on site campaigns around launches, seasonal peaks and promotions, and coordinate them with email, paid and social
- Review traffic, conversion, average order value and revenue each week, and turn what you see into actions
- Improve product pages, landing pages and category pages so more visitors buy
- Build and refine discount structures, bundles and upsells that grow basket size without eroding margin
Working with the wider team
- Brief designers, copywriters and developers clearly, and check that what comes back is right before it goes live
- Work with marketing on email flows, paid campaigns and content so that what we promote and what is on site match
- Support our B2B wholesale sites and trade customers where needed
- Report performance and recommendations to the Head of Digital in plain, commercial terms
What we are looking for
- At least 4 to 5 years of hands on ecommerce management experience, running live online stores rather than supporting them from the sidelines
- Confident working inside Magento 2, Shopify and WordPress with WooCommerce. You do not need to code, but you should be able to add products, build pages, set up promotions, manage themes and apps, and know when something needs a developer
- A marketing mindset. You think about the customer first, understand what makes people buy, and can write a product title or a promo banner that actually converts
- Comfortable with numbers. You read Google Analytics, platform dashboards and sales reports, and you know which metrics matter and which ones are noise
- A good eye for merchandising and on site presentation, and the attention to detail to catch a wrong price or a missing image before a customer does
- Able to manage your own workload remotely, keep several brands moving at once, and communicate clearly in writing with a distributed team
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Available to work core UK business hours
Nice to have
- Experience in regulated or age restricted categories such as vaping, nicotine pouches, CBD or supplements
- Working knowledge of SEO for ecommerce: category structure, product content, technical basics
- Hands on experience with Klaviyo or similar email platforms, and with Meta, Google or TikTok ads
- Familiarity with marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay or TikTok Shop
- Basic HTML and CSS, enough to tidy a page or fix a layout without waiting on a developer
- Experience with B2B or wholesale ecommerce
The details
- Location: Fully remote. You can be based anywhere, as long as you can work core UK hours
- Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday
- Reports to: Head of Digital
- Start date: As soon as possible
What we offer
- Real ownership of a group of growing consumer brands, not a single store
- A small, hands on team where your ideas get tested quickly rather than sitting in a queue
- Variety: new product launches, multiple platforms, B2C and B2B, and a manufacturing arm behind it all
- Flexibility and trust to manage your own day
