Factra is a leading Manchester-based manufacturer of e-liquid and CBD products. We are expanding our commercial team and are looking for a proactive and driven Telephone Sales / Business Development Executive to help accelerate our growth. This role is ideal for someone confident on the phone, experienced in generating new business, and motivated by hitting targets.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for driving new B2B and wholesale sales through outbound calling, lead generation, and relationship building. You will manage your own pipeline, maintain a high call volume, and become a product expert across our rapidly expanding e-liquid portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to identify and qualify new B2B and wholesale clients
  • Independently source and generate leads through research and outreach
  • Build, manage, and nurture a strong sales pipeline
  • Develop in-depth product knowledge of our e-liquid and related ranges
  • Manage ongoing client relationships with weekly or monthly account touchpoints
  • Provide customer feedback to support product development and commercial strategy

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in cold calling, telesales, or business development
  • Confident in sourcing, qualifying, and nurturing leads independently
  • Resilient, persistent, and comfortable handling rejection
  • Excellent telephone manner—professional, confident, and engaging
  • High call output with strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Willingness to learn and enthusiasm for understanding e-liquid or similar FMCG products
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (desirable)
