This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning complex projects, working with global stakeholders, and delivering real operational impact—not just IT systems.

The Role

As a Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of digital manufacturing solutions using the Tulip no-code platform, working closely with global life sciences customers. You will manage projects end-to-end—from early engagement through design, development, validation, and go-live—ensuring successful delivery across multiple workstreams. This role combines project leadership, stakeholder management, and exposure to cutting-edge manufacturing technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple projects across delivery, rollouts, and platform implementations
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers and stakeholders
  • Plan, track, and manage scope, timelines, risks, and resources
  • Drive workshops, project governance, and decision-making sessions
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (consultants, developers, client teams)
  • Ensure delivery aligns with quality standards (including GxP where applicable)
  • Support scaling of solutions across global manufacturing sites

Candidate Profile

Essential

  • 3–7 years’ experience managing software delivery or implementation projects (e.g., enterprise applications, customer-facing systems, or digital solutions)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience with project planning, tracking, and delivery governance
  • Fluent in English
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and proactive

Desirable

  • Experience in pharma, biotech, or medical devices
  • Exposure to MES, EBR, eQMS, LIMS, ERP, or similar systems
  • Familiarity with GxP / Computer System Validation (CSV)
  • Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery
  • Interest in digital manufacturing and operational improvement

Training & Development

We invest heavily in your development, including:

  • Tulip platform training and certification
  • Coaching from experienced digital manufacturing leaders
  • Exposure to global transformation programmes
  • Structured project delivery methodology

Why Join Factorytalk
