Factorytalk is looking for production, quality, or process engineers who want to move into digital manufacturing consulting, helping leading life sciences companies modernise their factory operations. This role is ideal for someone who understands how manufacturing really works and wants to help transform those processes using modern digital platforms.
The Role
As a Solution Consultant, you will work directly with pharmaceutical manufacturers to digitalise manufacturing operations using the Tulip platform. You will run customer workshops, capture operational requirements, and design digital solutions that replace paper and legacy systems across manufacturing processes. The role spans both pre-sales and project delivery, helping shape solutions with customers and supporting their implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Run workshops with production, engineering, and quality teams
- Capture operational requirements and manufacturing workflows
- Design digital solutions for manufacturing processes
- Support pre-sales discussions and solution demonstrations
- Build and deploy applications using the Tulip platform
- Support project delivery from concept through deployment

Candidate Profile
Essential
- ~5 years' experience in pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturing
- Background in production, process engineering, or quality
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations in GMP environments across multiple products and processes.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Desirable
- Exposure to MES or manufacturing digitalisation initiatives
- Quality Assurance, process improvement or operational excellence experience
- Interest in technology, software, using data.
