About Factory

Factory is a rapidly growing B2B SaaS company with global aspirations, helping SMBs revolutionise their operations with innovative technology. Our platform empowers businesses to streamline operations, enhance collaboration, and achieve exponential growth. We are a fast-paced team driven by passion, creativity, and a commitment to innovation.

Following a period of rapid growth and recent funding, we are embarking on a strategic expansion into the UK. We are looking for a trailblazer to establish our pipeline engine and grow from there.

The Opportunity: "Build the Pipeline"

As our first SDR in the UK, you won’t just be filling a seat on a sales team - you will be a founding pillar of our UK operations. Working directly with our Head of Sales & Marketing, you will be responsible for building, testing, and scaling the outbound machine that fuels our UK growth. This is an incredible ground-floor opportunity to shape how we grow a new region - with significant growth potential as we scale.

The Role

We are hunting for an energetic, driven SDR who thrives on prospecting, discovery conversations, and booking high-quality meetings. This role requires a unique balance of tactical execution and strategic thinking. Because this is a new territory, we need a builder who thrives in ambiguity, learns at lightning speed, and takes full ownership of the mission.

  • Build & Qualify Pipeline: Identify, target, and qualify UK prospects through a mix of cold outreach and AI led automations.
  • Balanced Activity: Execute high-volume outbound prospecting while managing and qualifying demo requests and leads.
  • Problem Solving & Iteration: Test messaging, identify what resonates with UK customers, and iterate on our outbound playbook.
  • Collaborative Growth: While based in London, you will stay deeply connected to our global teams – including Sales, Product, and Marketing – to execute impactful campaigns and refine our approach.

Who You Are

  • First-Hire Mentality: You take extreme ownership. You don’t wait for instructions; you see a gap and fill it.
  • Comfort with Ambiguity: You aren’t rattled by a lack of structure – you enjoy the challenge of building the structure yourself.
  • Quick Learner: You can digest complex product features and translate them into compelling discovery questions. If an approach isn’t working, you iterate and move fast.
  • Prospecting Machine: You are equally skilled at the "grind" of cold outreach and the "consultative" nature of qualification calls.
  • Experience: 1–3 years in SDR/BDR roles in B2B SaaS, preferably in a startup or early-stage environment where you helped build the process, not just follow one.

Why Join Us?

  • Ground Floor Impact: Be SDR #1 in the UK for a company transforming how businesses operate.
  • Strategic Partnership: Work hand-in-hand with our Head of Sales & Marketing to help define & refine our UK/outbound strategy.
  • Uncapped Growth: Clear path to lead as we scale our UK presence.
  • Culture: Join a collaborative environment where your ideas directly shape our global evolution.

Ready to build the pipeline? If you’re a problem-solver who loves the thrill of the hunt and the challenge of building a market from scratch, we want to talk to you.
