CNC Miller Shifts – Days and Nights 2 weeks about (38 hrs per week) £40k basic PLUS overtime paid at time and a half or double time – £50k+ achievable Shift rate £17.50 days / £23.25 nights = average hourly rate on days and nights shift is £20.35 – £40k basic Our exclusive client is a leading provider of sub-contract precision engineering services to Oil & Gas, Defence, Aerospace, Nuclear and Renewables sectors. Their highly skilled workforce delivers precision machined parts, kits and assemblies to multi-national OEM’s across the globe. They have a number of long-term relationships (20yrs+) which is testament to the quality of the work they consistently deliver. They now have an urgent requirement for an experienced CNC Miller to join them at their manufacturing site in the Kilmarnock area. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate all or most of the following skills and experience: * Apprentice trained / Time served CNC Miller * Programmer Setter Operators or skilled Setter Operator * Fanuc controls ideally although others considered * Experienced in machining exotic materials like Inconel and duplex * Able to work to very tight tolerances from engineering drawings * Most of the work is complex one off’s and small batch work so candidates must be from this type of background The successful candidate will receive the following benefits * 25 days holiday + …
