About the Role
As our Mid-Senior PPC Specialist, you’ll take ownership of paid search and paid social campaigns, ensuring they drive results and outperform competitors. You’ll work closely with our SEO, design, and development teams, optimising campaigns to boost conversions and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Execution: Plan, build, and optimise Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and Remarketing.
- Data-Driven Optimisation: Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to improve performance.
- Budget & Performance Management: Oversee £20k – £50k+ monthly ad spends, ensuring cost-effective strategies that maximise ROI.
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with our design team to develop engaging ad creatives and landing pages that convert.
- Tracking & Reporting: Set up Google Tag Manager (GTM) tracking, monitor conversions, and generate actionable reports for stakeholders.
- Industry Trends & Innovation: Stay ahead of PPC trends, Google algorithm changes, and new ad formats, ensuring our campaigns remain cutting-edge.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of PPC experience (agency experience preferred)
- Proven track record in Google Ads & Meta Ads (Search, Shopping, Display & Social)
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, GTM & reporting tools
- Ability to demonstrate PPC success and optimise campaigns based on performance data
- Experience working on ecommerce and lead-generation campaigns
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
