Factory International seeks a Visitor Team Supervisor to lead the Visitor Team at Aviva Studios, ensuring a world-class visitor experience across events. You will brief hosts and volunteers, manage shifts, and escalate issues to the Venue Duty Manager to maintain a safe environment for staff and visitors.
You will supervise visitor-facing operations, respond to feedback, and champion Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Accessibility while working with diverse teams across F&B, Facilities.
