Job Summary
To deliver high-quality service so that guests have a safe, efficient and positive experience across the venue. Flexible working hours will vary; this is a casual contract, no guaranteed hours.

- Guest Experience: Interact positively with guests so that they feel supported and included. Respond quickly to requests so that service is responsive.
- Safety: Follow procedures so that health, safety and compliance standards are upheld. Remain aware during service so that risks are identified and avoided.
