The Hospitality General Manager will lead the operational delivery and commercial performance of hospitality across Factory International, creating an environment where great people can do their best work and guests receive exceptional experiences.

This role will build a culture of ownership, accountability and continuous improvement, empowering managers and teams to make informed decisions, solve problems and contribute to the success of the operation.

The Hospitality General Manager will be supported with the autonomy, senior leadership partnership and organisational commitment needed to shape the future of hospitality across one of the UK's most ambitious cultural venues.

The Hospitality General Manager will

  • Create clarity, alignment and shared purpose across all hospitality operations.
  • Lead from the front during live events and venue activity, remaining visible, approachable and solutions-focused.

ESSENTIAL

  • Experience managing hospitality operations with multi-million pound turnover
  • Experience leading teams of 100+ employees
  • Significant senior leadership experience in hospitality, events or similar operational environments
  • Proven experience delivering profit through operational control
  • Experience leading managers and large, diverse teams
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to use data to inform decisions
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, live environments
  • Commitment to championing representation and inclusion at every level of the organisation with a proven ability to work with people from a wide range of backgrounds
  • Willing to complete relevant statutory checks e. g. DBS (Factory International can support with processing and payment)
