This is a full-time role for a Marketing Manager - Content & Organic Growth, based in Nuneaton. The Marketing Manager will focus on driving organic growth through strategic content creation and management. Daily responsibilities include developing and overseeing content strategies, conducting keyword research, managing SEO initiatives, analysing organic traffic performance, and collaborating with specialist agency partners to optimise content. The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on delivery, making it ideal for an experienced digital marketer ready to take broader ownership in a scaling ecommerce business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content & Organic Growth
    • Develop and deliver a structured content and SEO roadmap aligned to commercial priorities.
    • Build a content strategy to strengthen organic authority across digital channels.
    • Optimise content for evolving search behaviour, including AI-driven discovery platforms.
    • Define and monitor performance KPIs tied to traffic, engagement and conversion.
  • Website Content & Performance
    • Own the quality and optimisation of website content across WordPress and Adobe Commerce.
    • Optimise product and category content including descriptions, FAQs and metadata.
    • Maintain tagging, schema and structured data accuracy.
    • Identify opportunities to improve conversion through content and UX improvements.
    • Monitor user behaviour insights to identify optimisation opportunities.
    • Test and validate website updates prior to release.
  • Content & Editorial Delivery
    • Oversee development of high-quality product, category and editorial content.
    • Deliver blog and educational content aligned to search intent and customer needs.
    • Refresh and optimise legacy content to improve performance.
    • Maintain a consistent tone of voice and brand narrative.
  • Social, Community & Reputation
    • Manage social media content and engagement across key platforms.

Experience
  • 5–8+ years experience in digital marketing with strong focus on SEO and content.
  • Proven success improving organic traffic and website performance.
  • Comfortable using AI tools and adapting to evolving search behaviour.
  • Proficiency in GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs and user behaviour tools.
  • Strong understanding of SEO strategy and on-page optimisation.
  • Content strategy and editorial planning.
  • Conversion optimisation principles.
  • Social media marketing on Meta and Pinterest.
  • CMS platforms such as WordPress or Magento.
  • Experience working with external agencies and integrated marketing activities.
  • Ability to translate data and insights into actionable improvements.
