A deep-tech company in the distributed systems space is expanding its Solution Engineering team. The product is a next-generation testing platform used by engineering teams that care about reliability, performance, and correctness. We’re looking for people who can lead short, high-impact customer Proofs-of-Concept, clearly communicate technical value, and help close major enterprise deals.
Two role tracks are open:
- Solution Engineer (hands‑on): technical deep dives, coding in customer environments, building/running demos
- Solutions Consultant (sales‑facing): strong technical fluency, excellent communicator, leads workshops and executive discussions
What You’ll Do
- Own the technical close of six- and seven-figure opportunities
- Build and run demos that expose system issues
- Deliver customer workshops on resilience and correctness
- Work closely with Account Executives to shape solution fit
- Support onboarding and early adoption
What You Bring
- Background in software engineering, systems, or SRE
- Experience with Python, C++, scripting languages (Rust/Nix a plus)
- Comfortable communicating with both technical and executive audiences
- Able to move quickly within short sales cycles
- Hands-on coding experience (for Solution Engineer)
- Technical literacy + strong customer presence (for Solutions Consultant)
