A deep-tech company in the distributed systems space is expanding its Solution Engineering team. The product is a next-generation testing platform used by engineering teams that care about reliability, performance, and correctness. We’re looking for people who can lead short, high-impact customer Proofs-of-Concept, clearly communicate technical value, and help close major enterprise deals.

Two role tracks are open:

  • Solution Engineer (hands‑on): technical deep dives, coding in customer environments, building/running demos
  • Solutions Consultant (sales‑facing): strong technical fluency, excellent communicator, leads workshops and executive discussions

What You’ll Do

  • Own the technical close of six- and seven-figure opportunities
  • Build and run demos that expose system issues
  • Deliver customer workshops on resilience and correctness
  • Work closely with Account Executives to shape solution fit
  • Support onboarding and early adoption

What You Bring

  • Background in software engineering, systems, or SRE
  • Experience with Python, C++, scripting languages (Rust/Nix a plus)
  • Comfortable communicating with both technical and executive audiences
  • Able to move quickly within short sales cycles
  • Hands-on coding experience (for Solution Engineer)
  • Technical literacy + strong customer presence (for Solutions Consultant)
