The Role

As a Senior Account Executive, you will own and drive complex enterprise sales cycles end-to-end, from prospecting through close, while collaborating closely with customers, prospects, and internal teams. You will play a critical role in shaping the company’s go-to-market motion and contributing to a strong, collaborative sales culture within a fast-scaling startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run complex enterprise sales cycles from initial outreach to contract signature
  • Proactively build and manage your pipeline with full ownership and accountability
  • Engage senior engineers, engineering leaders, and executive stakeholders in both technical and business-focused conversations
  • Clearly articulate product value, ROI, and integration considerations
  • Drive successful customer adoption and long-term account growth
  • Help define and refine customer qualification criteria and sales processes as the business scales
  • Represent the voice of the customer in discussions with product and engineering teams
  • Mentor and support newer Account Executives
  • Partner with marketing to refine messaging and sales enablement materials
  • Support FinTech and Financial Services accounts while contributing to other enterprise opportunities as required

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise B2B SaaS sales
  • Direct experience selling developer tools or similarly technical products
  • Consistent track record of exceeding quota
  • Strong technical acumen and ability to sell to both technical and executive audiences
  • Comfortable owning pipeline generation as well as deal execution
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and resilient
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment with evolving processes
  • Prior experience in Sales Engineering or delivering technical product demonstrations (preferred)
