The Role:
We’re looking for a Business Development Representative who’s curious, persistent, and loves connecting with engineers. You’ll help grow our pipeline, reach new customers, and translate our technical platform into value that resonates with CTOs, Directors of Engineering, and Founding Engineers.
What You’ll Do:
- Identify high-potential companies in our ideal customer profile (ICP)
- Engage prospects via LinkedIn, email, phone, events, and other channels
- Craft technical, developer-focused messaging that speaks to engineering leaders
- Understand Antithesis’s platform inside and out and evaluate technical/business fit of prospects
- Partner with Account Executives to prep meetings, demos, and POCs
- Collaborate with Marketing and RevOps to improve campaigns and event outreach
- Stay up-to-date on trends in distributed systems, testing, and reliability
You Should Have:
- 1+ years cold calling experience
- 1+ years Salesforce experience
- 1+ years experience with Microsoft Office
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Curious, creative, and willing to learn
- Results-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts
- Team player
