What You’ll Do
- Gain hands-on experience across all core Building Surveying services – including inspections, reports, schedules of works, and CAD drawings.
- You’ll also be involved in Party Wall matters, dilapidations, and contract administration.
- Prepare project documentation and reports – including meeting minutes and progress updates, collaborating closely with colleagues, clients, and other professionals.
- Support Partners and senior leaders in delivering high-quality projects – taking responsibility from day one.
- Participate in wider activities – such as careers events, work experience programmes, and other business initiatives.
- Develop practical skills across a broad range of projects – fast-tracking your career toward RICS chartership.
Who You Are
- Curious, motivated, and eager to learn – ready to build your skills across all areas of Building Surveying and property consultancy.
- Confident and responsible – able to take ownership of tasks and deliver high-quality work with attention to detail.
- Experience or ambition – ideally you’ll have experience in building surveying or a related field, but recent graduates are also very welcome to apply.
- RICS-qualified or working toward it – holding, or in the process of completing, a RICS-accredited qualification.
