We are expanding our broker network and we need a hunter. This role is primarily about finding and signing new finance brokers to resell Factored — then keeping them engaged and performing once they are on board.
What you’ll do:
- Proactively source and sign new finance brokers to Factored's reseller network
- Build and work through a pipeline of broker prospects — outreach, meetings, closing
- Onboard new brokers and set them up for success
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing broker partners
- Help shape our broker acquisition strategy as we scale
What we’re looking for:
- 2–4 years of experience in a role that required finding and signing new finance broker partners — this is a must
- A proven track record of outbound prospecting and closing new partnerships
- Existing contacts within the finance broker community is a big plus
- Confident, persistent, and comfortable with outreach
- Commercially sharp — you know how to make a compelling case
- Ambitious — you want to grow into a leadership role as the team scales
