We are working with a well-established and growing UK security services provider looking to appoint a National Business Development Manager to drive new business growth across the UK. This is a role for a true hunter — someone who understands the security services market and enjoys opening doors, building relationships, and converting opportunities into long-term contracts.
The Role
- Proactively identify and win new business across manned guarding, mobile patrols, and wider security services
- Target commercial, industrial, retail, and corporate clients nationally
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline from lead generation through to contract award
- Work closely with operations to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
- Represent the business at client meetings, networking events, and industry forums
- Deliver against agreed revenue and growth targets
About You
- Proven track record in B2B sales within security services (essential)
- Strong new business development skills — not account management–led
- Comfortable selling contracts and solutions rather than price alone
- Self-motivated, resilient, and commercially driven
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Full UK driving licence
