Location: Hybrid between your home, our offices in Greater Manchester and client sites, primarily within the northwest region. Each week can look different but there is likely to be 2-3 days onsite or in the office each week.
Pay: £18,000 - £21,000 in the first year

Role Overview: The Apprentice People Administrator will support FACT3’s People team across a range of People administration activities. This is an apprenticeship role, designed for someone who is developing their HR knowledge and practical workplace experience. You will not be expected to carry out all responsibilities independently from day one. Instead, you will receive training, guidance, and support from experienced members of the People team while gradually building confidence and capability across the role. As part of the apprenticeship, you will spend around 20% of your working time on structured study, learning, and development. The remaining time will be spent gaining practical experience through on-the-job learning, supporting live HR activity, and applying your apprenticeship learning in a real business environment. This role provides a strong foundation for a career in HR, with the opportunity to grow further within the People team.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to People Advisors with tasks such as contract preparation, data entry, and employee communications.
- Employee Engagement Surveys: Support the administration and follow-up of employee engagement surveys, ensuring data is captured and reported accurately.
- People Software Administration: Oversee the administration of our people management software, The Hub, ensuring the system is up-to-date and used effectively by all clients.
- FACT3 Academy: Assist the Learning & Development Academy in the preparation and presentation of content to ensure a seamless learning experience for our clients.
- KPI Reporting and Fact Stacks: Provide accurate and timely Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting and Fact Stacks for relevant clients, helping them track HR performance metrics.
Abilities, Skills and Experience
Essential Qualifications:
- A-Level's grade C and above or equivalent in a relevant area such as business, HR, law, English, psychology or sociology.
- GCSE’s in Maths, English and Science grade C/4 and above.
Desirable Qualifications:
- GCSE’s in Maths, English and Science grade C/5 and above.
- Working in a customer facing role (across any industry).
- Digital literacy, including proficiency with office tools (e.g., word, excel, email, calendars) gained either in an educational or work setting.
- Working in a hybrid office environment.
- A genuine interest in HR.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion, maintaining confidentiality.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to work collaboratively across teams.
