Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and licensed HVAC Technician for a contract position to support operations, preventive maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems. This role is ideal for a reliable and experienced technician who takes pride in their work and meets all licensing and safety requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- Valid North Carolina HVAC Systems Operator License
- Must hold a minimum “Heating, Group Number Two (2)” license, as issued by the NC State Board of Examiners of Plumbing, Heating, and Fire Sprinkler Contractors
- Demonstrated experience in the operation, maintenance, and repair of commercial or institutional HVAC systems
- Ability to work independently and follow safety guidelines
- Must provide own tools and reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications
- EPA Universal Certification
- Previous experience in government, institutional, or healthcare facilities
- Strong diagnostic and communication skills
