Job Description: We are offering an exciting opportunity for a skilled Carpenter/Multi-Skilled Fabric Engineer to join our team. This role involves working throughout South Wales on various commercial contracts and project work, providing a pathway for career development. The role is designed to support the company's continued growth and expansion in the region.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute all aspects of carpentry and joinery to a high standard.
  • Work independently on project installations such as kitchens, bathrooms, and small refurbishments.
  • Participate in broader project teams as needed to support ongoing company projects.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience and excellent knowledge in carpentry and joinery.
  • NVQ or City & Guilds certification in a relevant field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive team-oriented approach.
  • Basic knowledge of other trades is desirable.
  • Must possess a full UK driving license.
  • Willingness to participate in an on-call rota.
