Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with proven capital investment experience to successfully deliver capital investment projects for our Life Sciences & Pharmaceutical clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage capital projects from concept through to completion, ensuring alignment with client aspirations.
- Develop and manage strategic project plans including timelines, budgets, cost controls, and quality expectations.
- Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders, including senior leadership, clients, cross-functional teams, and contractors, effectively communicating progress, risks, and resolutions.
- Ensure projects meet all regulatory requirements, quality standards, and industry best practices.
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
- Develop detailed project schedules, monitor progress, and drive timelines to ensure timely completion.
- Oversee selection, negotiation, and management of third-party vendors and contractors.
- Leverage your network to identify potential business/project opportunities and contribute to the continued growth of FPC Life Sciences.
Qualifications
- Extensive (10+ years) of experience managing Capital Investment Projects within the Life Sciences and/or Pharmaceutical industry.
- Exceptional client management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Sound knowledge of project management methodologies and project management software.
- Strong technical understanding of GMP facilities.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred.

Additional Information
