  • Client & Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients on assigned projects, ensuring proactive communication, issue resolution, and expectation management. Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders. Deliver regular, clear, and concise project reporting, including financial, operational, and risk management updates.
  • Operational Governance & Process Development: Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of FPC’s project delivery processes, templates, and governance standards, working with the Delivery Operations Performance team. Support lessons learned, operational reviews, and knowledge-sharing activities to enhance future project delivery performance.
  • Services and Solutions Delivery: Manage and support the integration and deployment of Digital Building systems and smart technology solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and operational objectives. Oversee stakeholder coordination, technology deployment, system commissioning, and project closeout activities. Prepare technical documentation, service delivery reports, and client handover packages as required.
