Deep Technical Expertise Strong technical expertise in Digital Building technologies, including proficiency in some or all of the following areas: Digital Building Systems Integration (design, development, and implementation); Controls Systems, including Building Management Systems (BMS) and Automation Systems; Lighting Controls Systems (LCS) and Audio Visual Systems (AV); Controls Strategies; Control Protocols (e. g., BACnet, MQTT, Modbus, LON, M-Bus, DALI, Fox, SMI); System Documentation Network System Audits Experience working as part of a Design Team to develop coordinated designs, including client requirements gathering and documentation, technical submittal creation and review, and So W/Specification development; relevant Digital Building / Io T industry training and professional qualifications. 12.
Desirable Experience and Qualifications Design, delivery, and operation of Io T Systems.
Use of Cloud Platforms (Google, Microsoft, Amazon) and Data Analytics tools.
Design Software such as Auto CAD, BIM, or Visio.
Project Methodologies, such as the RIBA/AIA Stages of Work or international equivalents.
Experience with Construction Projects and Contracting.
