We are recruiting for a Building Services Engineer (Electrical or Mechanical) to work on a static commercial maintenance contract in Ruislip area on a highly prestigious site on a Monday to Friday basis. The role involves planned and reactive maintenance of HVAC and building services systems within a large commercial site that will come with a company van (although static role).

Role Overview

  • Electrical or mechanical PPM and reactive maintenance
  • Working on AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, pumps, motors and HVAC plant
  • Commercial building services maintenance
  • Fault finding and basic repairs
  • Working as part of a site-based engineering team

Requirements

  • Full Electrical or mechanical qualifications - City and Guilds/NVQ
  • Commercial building services or HVAC background
  • Full UK driving licence (company van provided)
  • Not colour blind
  • Able to pass security checks (10-year UK footprint and clean criminal record required) this is not negotiable and can not be got round, anything not disclosed will come up in the checking process.
