Working for a large and well-established Facilities Maintenance Company who is looking for mobile commercial plumbers to join their team and cover sites across London on a Monday to Friday basis, carrying out a wide variety of plumbing duties both maintenance and installation. The sites are a mixture of commercial offices and high-end residential environments.
Duties Include:
- Carrying out PPM's and reactive work on plumbing and drainage.
- Installing all types of industrial and commercial plumbing.
- Regular flushing across the building.
- Understanding of permits to work.
- A good understanding of L8 and water systems.
Knowledge, skills & experience:
- Time Served C&G Indentured Apprenticeship / NVQ level 3 Plumbing.
- Commercial background.
- Unvented certification - Desirable.
The role comes with a fully expensed company van, fuel card, mobile phone, company tablet, PPE and all required tools.
