Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Overview

We are recruiting for a Building Services Engineer with a mechanical bias to work on a static commercial maintenance contract in the Vauxhall area of London. The role involves planned and reactive maintenance of HVAC and building services systems within a large commercial highly secure site.

Responsibilities

• General PPM\’s
• Reactive duties
• Working on AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, pumps, motors and HVAC plant
• Plumbing duties
• Monitoring BMS
• Fault finding and basic repairs
• Working as part of a site-based engineering team

Requirements

• Full mechanical qualifications (City and Guilds/NVQ/HND/HNC)
• Commercial building services or HVAC background and experience of the listed plant
• Full UK driving licence (company van provided)
• Able to pass security checks (10-year UK footprint and clean criminal record required)
