Mechanical Shift Engineer in London, Westminster

I am currently recruiting on behalf of one of the UK\’s largest maintenance companies who are looking to high an experienced mechanical maintenance technician from a building service/facilities maintenance background who\’s currently in the same role to work on a highly prestigious site in the Westminster area of London. The role will operate on a days and nights shift working 4 on 4 off 12 hours (07:00 – 19:00 and 19:00 – 07:00) Responsibilities: * PPM\’s and reactive duties * Work on AHU\’s, FCU\’s, VAV\’s * Pumps, motors, compressors, condensors and splits * Plumbing * All general plant checks associated with commercial building services. Requirements: * Mechanical/Plumbing qualification * Experience of building service maintenance * Solid work history * Client facing attitude * Good communication * Ability to pass a full security check (not a DBS but full clearance) The security clearance will require you to have been a UK resident for the last 5 years minimum in order to pass the check so please consider that when applying
