Job Outline

  • Carry out routine scheduled maintenance and respond to equipment faults.
  • Diagnose breakdown problems and fit new parts to keep equipment running correctly.
  • Perform electrical installations and fault finding.
  • Conduct quality inspections, subcontractor supervision and permit issuance.
  • Liaise with client departments and supply partners.
  • Report to the Technical Manager and coordinate tasks.
  • Deal with emergencies, unplanned problems and repair work.
  • Improve health and safety policies and procedures in line with company guidelines.
  • Client‐facing role requiring strong customer service skills.
  • Use efficiency and organisation skills.
  • Communicate verbally and in writing (emails, job sheets, PDA usage).
  • Perform general handyman activities.
  • Maintain site logbooks, e‐logbooks and compliance documentation.
  • Daily liaison with clients, Technical Manager and Facilities Manager.
  • Assist the Technical Manager and Facilities Manager with internal and external audits.
  • Ad‐hoc duties as requested by the Technical Manager or clients.

Education: Certificate of Higher Education (required).

Experience: Electrical: 3 years (required).
