Job Outline
- Carry out routine scheduled maintenance and respond to equipment faults.
- Diagnose breakdown problems and fit new parts to keep equipment running correctly.
- Perform electrical installations and fault finding.
- Conduct quality inspections, subcontractor supervision and permit issuance.
- Liaise with client departments and supply partners.
- Report to the Technical Manager and coordinate tasks.
- Deal with emergencies, unplanned problems and repair work.
- Improve health and safety policies and procedures in line with company guidelines.
- Clientâfacing role requiring strong customer service skills.
- Use efficiency and organisation skills.
- Communicate verbally and in writing (emails, job sheets, PDA usage).
- Perform general handyman activities.
- Maintain site logbooks, eâlogbooks and compliance documentation.
- Daily liaison with clients, Technical Manager and Facilities Manager.
- Assist the Technical Manager and Facilities Manager with internal and external audits.
- Adâhoc duties as requested by the Technical Manager or clients.
