Maintenance Engineer
Based Marylebone London
Monday to Friday 1pm - 10pm, 1 Saturday a month 8am - 5pm
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Undertake standard PPMs, including but not limited to: flushing, tap temps, POU water heater servicing, expansion vessel checks, calorifier checks, FCU servicing, DB board inspections, weekly tests and emergency light checks
· General handyman tasks across the client’s floors
· Room furniture setups for meetings and events
· Porterage duties as required
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
The candidate will ideally hold the following:
· 18th Edition
· Legionella awareness trained
· IPAF & PASMA
· IOSH certified
· Simmtronic lighting system trained
