Salary: £50,000 per annum + Competitive benefits package

Hours: 35 hours per week (Office-based)

Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a Management Accountant to join our Finance team at our Head Office in Bridgend.

Management Accountant - The Role: Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will take ownership of the monthly management accounts for one of the Group's subsidiary companies while supporting wider finance activities. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded accountant who enjoys improving processes, analysing performance and working closely with operational teams.

We're looking for an enthusiastic and proactive finance professional who is keen to add value within a fast-paced and growing business.

Management Accountant - Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate and timely monthly management accounts
  • Produce cash flow reports and forecasts
  • Maintain the core financial ledgers, including sales, purchase
