Facilities by ADF provides serviced vehicle hire for television and film productions in the UK and Europe, specialising in on-location support for TV dramas and major features. Our fleet includes artiste trailers and departmental trucks for costume, make-up, and production, as well as diners and honey wagons.
The role offers varied work with minimal tramping and there will be a fixed start and finish location. Duties include:
- The safe carrying of sensitive and often expensive equipment in LGV Class One vehicles.
- Working as part of a team and communicating with the relevant crew to ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Assisting the Base Staff with the setting up of equipment on set.
- Demonstrating good awareness of Health & Safety protocols.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Have a full UK Driving License (or equivalent) with 6 or less points
- Current Driving Qualification Card (DQC) and Driver Digi-Card
- Professional and positive attitude
- Flexibility (shifts often start late afternoon/evening, seven days a week)
- Be able to work as part of a team
- Punctual
- Excellent Communication Skills
Experience in the TV and Film industry is not necessary as training will be provided.
