Salary: Β£55,000 per annum

Shift Pattern: Days & Nights

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our team at a prestigious site in Canary Wharf, London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically strong engineer looking to work within one of Londons key business districts, carrying out a varied range of hard FM duties across a complex and high-profile environment.

What will you deliver?

As a Multi-Skilled Engineer, you will be responsible for the safe and effective operation, maintenance and repair of critical building services.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining, operating and repairing HVAC, electrical and mechanical systems
  • Supporting fire safety and water treatment systems
  • Completing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works
  • Ensuring all works are completed within agreed SLAs and compliance requirements
  • Carrying out fault finding and technical problem solving
  • Completing risk assessments, permits to work and compliance documentation
  • Working closely with customers, colleagues and subcontractors
  • Using CAFM systems to manage and update tasks
  • Supporting xgikmsk technical quotations and chargeable works
  • Providing a professional and customer-focused service at all times
  • Working flexibly across different disciplines and supporting the wider engineering team when required
