We're recruiting on behalf of a leading facilities management provider for an Emergency Lighting Technician to work across prestigious commercial sites in Birmingham. The Role
As an Emergency Lighting Technician, you'll be responsible for maintaining, testing and replacing emergency lighting systems, ensuring compliance with current legislation and delivering a high standard of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out routine testing and inspection of emergency lighting systems.
- Replace and upgrade emergency lighting where required.
- Diagnose and rectify faults efficiently.
- Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works.
- Ensure all work complies with current regulations and Health.
