The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer (HVAC) to join our team, working on a key contract with a major UK supermarket chain. This is a field-based role covering multiple retail sites, where you will carry out a mix of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works across commercial heating and HVAC systems.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering PPM and reactive maintenance across multiple sites
- Servicing and repairing equipment including boilers, pumps, fans, AHUs & FCUs
- Carrying out minor installations and system upgrades
- Diagnosing faults and recommending repair or replacement
- Ordering parts and completing work in line with company procedures
- Attending scheduled and emergency call-outs
What We’re Looking For
Essential:- NVQ/SVQ Level 3 in Heating, Ventilation, Mechanical or HVAC (or equivalent)
- ACS Commercial Gas: COCN, CIGA, CORT, ICPN, CDGA, TPCP1/1A
- Full UK driving licence
- ACS Domestic Gas (CCN, CENWAT, CPA)
- F-Gas (C&G 2079-1, Category 1)
- 18th Edition (C&G 7671)
