We are currently recruiting for a Technical Supervisor to join our Facilities Management team covering sites across North London. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineering or FM professional looking to progress into a leadership role within a fast-paced and supportive environment.

About the Role

Working closely with the Area Facilities Manager, you will support the delivery of high-quality facilities management services across multiple sites. You will play a key role in supervising operational teams, ensuring compliance, driving performance, and maintaining excellent standards of health, safety, and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day facilities management operations across multiple sites
  • Support delivery against SLA, KPI, and statutory compliance targets
  • Ensure full Health & Safety compliance in line with legislation and company standards
  • Lead and manage a multi-skilled engineering team
  • Conduct performance reviews, absence management, and support succession planning
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and operational standards
  • Build strong working relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and subcontractors
  • Promote a positive safety culture and proactively manage risk
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational efficiency

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous supervisory experience within Facilities Management, Building Services, or Engineering
  • Strong technical understanding and operational experience
  • Experience leading engineering teams and managing contractors
  • Good understanding of Health & Safety legislation and compliance
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive, organised, and solutions-focused approach
