Senior Asset Manager Birmingham (Remote position with National coverage) £65,000 – £70,000 Package: Company Vehicle + 33 days annual leave including public holidays + Private healthcare + Life Assurance + Company Pension & additional benefits packages. Working for one of the UK’s largest FM service providers, we are looking for an experienced Asset Manager to support a specialist engineering services team on a flagship contract. Overview: * You will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of the asset register, ensuring optimal performance and compliance. * This role requires a deep understanding of asset management principles and the ability to implement and maintain systems in accordance with ISO 55001 standards. * Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with asset management policies and procedures. * Collaborate with various departments to ensure the effective integration of asset management practices across the business. * Monitor asset performance and lifecycle costs, providing recommendations for improvements and cost savings on a monthly and annual basis or other times as specified by individual contracts. * Manage asset data and documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility. * Lead and mentor a team of asset management professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. * Prepare and present reports on asset performance, risks, and opportunities to senior management including ownership and close out of same. Requirements: * Must have previous experience as an Asset Manager having worked in FM or Building Services environments. * Full UK driving license. * Would be highly desired if applicants held a technical background in either mechanical or electrical engineering.
