An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Mobile M&E Technician to join a Facilities Management contract covering sites across South London.
The successful engineer will carry out planned and reactive building maintenance, supporting the day-to-day operation of client sites.
Responsibilities PPM and reactive maintenance
Mechanical and electrical fault finding
General building services maintenance
Identifying faults and completing repairs
Ensuring works are completed safely and compliantly
Liaising with clients and site teams
Ideally, xohmjla you'll have Mechanical and/or electrical qualifications
Previous commercial FM/building services experience
Good all-round maintenance knowledge
Full UK driving licence
Strong fault-finding skills
Salary: £45,000
