Quantity Surveyor West Midlands – Regional £50,000 – £55,000 + Vehicle/ Allowance £5,500 Package: 33 days annual leave including public holidays + discounted healthcare scheme + life assurance + enhanced pension package Facilitate Search have partnered with a leading construction organisation operating across the UK to recruit a Quantity Surveyor working as part of a project management division within the Facilities Management side of the business. * Prepare and organise sales data to support the operations delivery team. * Address client enquiries related to sales, collaborating with the finance department as needed. * Develop monthly estimates for work-in-progress, including accrued revenue and cost liabilities, in partnership with site teams and finance. * Create account measurements for POAs and Final Accounts using the three disciplines of the National Schedule of Rates: Building Works, Mechanical Services, and Electrical Services. * Prepare and submit monthly valuations to the client. * Provide quotations, estimates, and budget proposals for reactive works and projects for client approval. * Operate within an open-book framework, delivering detailed reporting and supporting documentation to client representatives. * Measure project quantities based on drawings and specifications. * Monitor and report on forecasted final costs and projected recovery for each project under your commercial management.
