Facilitate Search have partnered with one of the UK’s largest FM service providers to recruit Project Managers in the North East & Yorkshire areas. Working on a flagship contract for the business, we are looking to speak with Project Management professionals actively seeking their next position.
Package: Company Vehicle or Allowance £5,000 + 25/8 days holiday + Bonus + Private Healthcare + Excellent company benefits
- Working for one of the UK’s largest FM service providers on a key contract for the business.
- As Project Manager, you will be regional covering a variety of areas in the North East.
- Projects will include refurb, fit-outs as well as mechanical & electrical/building fabric upgrades.
- As a key appointment for the business, you will be expected to deliver between £2m – £3m per annum.
- Delivering a variety of works at one time with values ranging between £50k – £1m.

- Projects will be delivered within commercial buildings and contact centres.
Requirements:
- Experience as Project Manager/Project Supervisor having worked within an FM environment.
- Strong understanding of M&E/Building Fabric project delivery.
- Be commercially aware with a proven track record of taking financial ownership of your projects.
- UK Driving License – prepared to travel as part of the role.
