Were looking for an experienced Mobile Electrical Engineer to join an established Facilities Management contract covering Blackburn and the surrounding area.
This is a great opportunity for an electrically qualified engineer looking for a secure, permanent position within a well-established FM environment.
The Role
Youll be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across a portfolio of sites, ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard.
Duties will include:
- Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
- Reactive electrical maintenance
- Electrical fault finding and repairs
- Emergency lighting and general electrical testing
- Completing compliance and maintenance documentation
- Liaising with clients and site teams
- Ensuring all work meets health & safety requirements
What Were Looking For
- Recognised electrical qualification City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- 18th Edition
- Previous Facilities Management or building maintenance experience
- Strong fault-finding ability
- Full UK driving licence
- Comfortable working within a mobile role
