I'm currently recruiting for a Project Manager (M&E) to join one of the UK's leading Facilities Management providers, delivering a range of commercial M&E projects across a prestigious client portfolio.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business managing projects from initial quotation through to completion.

Projects typically include plant replacements, HVAC upgrades, electrical installations, lighting upgrades, infrastructure improvements and other M&E works, ranging from smaller reactive projects through to larger planned schemes.

The role will involve

  • Managing multiple M&E projects simultaneously from inception to handover.
  • Taking responsibility for project delivery, programme, budgets and commercial performance.
  • Managing subcontractors, suppliers and internal engineering teams.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Ensuring all projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
  • Identifying and managing project risks while ensuring compliance with all health & safety legislation. We're looking for someone with:
  • A strong background delivering M&E projects within Facilities Management or Building Services.
  • Experience managing commercial projects from quotation through to completion.
  • Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness with experience managing project costs and budgets.
  • Relevant technical qualifications within Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (preferred).
