The Role
- You will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of building services systems, including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, fire safety, and water treatment.

Key responsibilities include:
- Carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance across building services systems

- Accurately updating CAFM systems and maintenance documentation
- Supporting minor works and providing technical input where required
