As a Multi-Skilled Technician, you'll play a vital role in delivering top-quality reactive maintenance and planned works to our diverse client base across the local authority, education, retail, and private sectors. From fixing essential building issues to completing refurbishments and everything in between, you'll be the face of our business - ensuring every customer is left satisfied with both the work and the service.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in FM, retail or public sector buildings (highly desirable)
- NVQ or City & Guilds in a construction-related trade
- A strong commitment to Health & Safety - we take it seriously
- Excellent customer service & communication skills
- A flexible, proactive and reliable approach
- Full UK driving licence (essential due to the reactive nature of the work)
