We are currently recruiting for a skilled Mobile Mechanical Engineer to join a well-established facilities management company operating across Birmingham and the surrounding areas.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering planned and reactive mechanical maintenance across a range of commercial buildings, ensuring all plant and equipment operates efficiently and safely.
Key Duties
- Mechanical PPM and reactive maintenance
- Maintenance of AHUs, FCUs, pumps, motors, and HVAC systems
- Basic plumbing and pipework repairs
- Fault diagnosis and repairs
- Plant room inspections
- Compliance checks and documentation
- Working closely with site teams and clients
Requirements
- Commercial building maintenance experience
- Strong mechanical maintenance background
- Experience with HVAC and building services plant
- Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
